Deze Japanse ceremoniële matcha is een bijzondere single-cultivar thee uit Wazuka, door Kristin zelf ontdekt tijdens haar theereis door Japan.
De naam Okumidori betekent ‘diepgroen’ en verwijst naar zowel de heldergroene kleur als het gelaagde smaakprofiel. De matcha opent met een zachte, natuurlijke zoetheid en ontwikkelt vervolgens rijke umami, een lichte nootachtigheid en verfijnde vegetale tonen. De afdronk is diep, groen en mooi gestructureerd, zonder bitterheid. Het is een fantastische MATCHA!
